Returns Policy

 

Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

 

• Returns/cancellations/refunds accepted up to 30 days.

• All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

• Goods must be returned in their original unused condition.

• All orders are covered by distance selling regulations. If you would like to exchange or return any items from an order please contact us by emailing us at info@acarpyconnection.co.uk. Please state the order reference in your email along with the reason for exchange or return.

 

If the conditions above are met then please email us at info@acarpyconnection.co.uk before attempting to return the item(s). We will then make arrangements directly with you.

 

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery/postage when returning a parcel to us.
